Gateway to Glacier

We family of 5 travelled all the way from New Jersey to Montana …. Felt like home at Josh’s place. Mountain View’s all around .. fresh air , horses in neighbors yard … cannot describe .. need to experience it House was described as mentioned on website .. beautiful views , lot of space to accommodate 6 ppl , 10 minutes drive to restaurants , grocery store .. five minutes to Starbucks , 20 minutes drive to whitefish , 25 minutes drive to west glacier . Josh was proactive and responded to all my inquiries about GNP, Recommended and suggested awesome restaurants in Columbia Falls and Whitefish . Thank you Josh for being a wonderful host . We will def be back !

Great place to stay if you are visiting Glacier National Park! The location is also really quiet which made it nice to wind down in the evenings after a day of hiking. All of the amenities were as expected.

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s property. The location was perfect—just a short 30-minute drive to West Glacier, which made it very convenient for daily trips into Glacier National Park. After spending long days in the park, it was great to come back to a quiet, comfortable space to recharge. The home was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay. Although we didn’t use the game room, it looked like a great way to keep kids entertained.

We really enjoyed this place. Easy to get to spent 4 days touring the area. Glacier, Waterton, etc. great place to have as a base camp. It was clean ,comfy, beds were comfy, nice to have two bathrooms. If you stay just have bottled water to drink. The well water can smell a little swampy.

Great house with beautiful views of the mountains. It was kept quite clean, very well equipped. We felt at home. Location is great too, 20mins away from Glacier national park.

Had a great stay. Not far from Glacier National Park, Whitefish, or Kalispell. Had a great dinner at the Gunslight Saloon and Monaco’s downtown along with music. Found a few little Casinos downtown. Saw some white tail deer. Place was very clean and supplied with shampoos and hair dryer. Beds were very comfortable. Josh communicated very well from check in time to check out. Has a great game room but did not use it. Highly recommend it.

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. Spacious and equipped with all we needed. It was very clean and close to the West gate at Glacier. We would stay here again!

We stayed in the C suite of the property with a patio looking towards south with great sunset views. Josh’s place is wonderful, peaceful and clean. Supplies in the kitchen are good. Fridge had some drinks and condiments. We did not use the Game room but it seems to be a great place to spend time for kids. Huge living room with loungers to relax, dining table to enjoy meals and grill in the patio. It is around 25-30 minutes from Apgar visitor center and 20 minutes from FCA airport. Highly recommended and will visit again.

Our stay at the Columbia Mountain Chalet was everything we hoped for. The facility was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were extra posh. The amenities were adequate. Supplies for kitchen, bathroom and laundry were provided. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here couldn’t have been any better. Josh is an extremely receptive host. We were impressed by the communication we received and extremely quick responses when we had any questions. We had all the amenities surrounded by stunning mountains, beautiful farmlands, horses out the window, it was truly medicine for our souls. So peaceful. We highly recommend this chalet. It was clean with everything we needed. Bonus was the location 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the park entrance.
